4. Product Information and Transactions
4.1 Product Information
We strive to ensure that the product information (including but not limited to descriptions, prices, specifications, and inventory) displayed on the Website is accurate and up-to-date. However, due to factors such as system updates, merchant errors, or market changes, there may be occasional discrepancies in product information. We reserve the right to correct such discrepancies at any time, and if a price error occurs, we may cancel your order and refund any payments you have made, provided that we promptly notify you of the situation.
For products sold by third-party merchants (hereinafter referred to as “Merchants”), the Merchant shall be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the product information. We only provide technical support and transaction platforms for such transactions and do not assume joint liability for the product information unless we have intentional or gross negligence.
4.2 Order Placement and Confirmation
When you place an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the corresponding product in accordance with the displayed information. We or the Merchant will review your order (including but not limited to verifying inventory, payment information, and delivery address) and send you an order confirmation notice (via email, SMS, or in-app message) upon acceptance of your offer. A binding sales contract between you and us (or the Merchant) shall be formed when you receive the order confirmation notice.
We or the Merchant may refuse to accept your order if: (1) the product is out of stock or the product information is incorrect; (2) your payment fails or there is a risk of fraud in the transaction; (3) you violate the Agreements; or (4) other circumstances that make order fulfillment impossible or illegal.
4.3 Payment Terms
You shall pay the order amount (including product price, shipping fee, and taxes, if applicable) in the manner specified on the Website (such as credit card, third-party payment platforms, or bank transfer) within the time limit required by the order. If you fail to make the payment within the specified time, the order will be automatically canceled unless otherwise agreed.

4.4 Delivery and Risk Transfer
We or the Merchant will arrange for the delivery of the product to the delivery address you provided in the order within the agreed time.
